The Preview Party was described by Christopher in Chicago GayLife as a ' … new disco-bar at Diversey and the 'el' stop. In October 1975, at the same location, Chuck Renslow and Bill Swank opened Zolar.
She was responsible for The Cinderella Ball at the Continental Plaza Grand Ballroom on Oct. Diversey was the location of the House of Landers, a bar operated by the Black female impersonator, Roby Landers.
